A private room is a dedicated co-location
facility in the data center, tailored to your
specific needs. The private room is located
inside the data center, and is separated from
other client areas by enclosed walls. Power
supplies from PDUs, cooling, access control and
fire suppression systems are dedicated
exclusively to your room for extra resilience.
Suite
A suite provides dedicated colocation space in
the data center, tailored to your specific
needs. Your suite is located inside a shared
fire suppression and climate-controlled area in
the data center, and is separated from other
client areas by enclosed walls. Power supplied
from dedicated PDU's and access control system
are dedicated exclusively to your suite for
extra resilience.

A cage provides you with your
own secure space within a shared
colocation area. You share
climate control, fire
suppression system and power
distribution with other clients.

Cabinet
Cabinet space offers a dedicated
footprint to install your
cabinets in the data center.
Your cabinets will occupy a
shared area alongside those of
other clients, maximizing the
available space. Each cabinet
has a dedicated power feed,
coming from a shared power
distribution system. You can
install your own cabinets or
purchase them from Interxion.

Paramount Consulting offers generic installation
and maintenance services for customers in our data centers
across Canada. Our services provides
pre-scheduled and rapid response resources to
perform installation or maintenance work on any
equipment located at the data center.
Pre-scheduled services
Pre-scheduled services provide you with an
on-site technician who will act as your
supervised hands to perform simple equipment
‘fixes', referred to as Installation Support and
Basic Maintenance; or complex installation,
configuration or troubleshooting, referred to as
Advanced Maintenance. When a request for service
is received, Paramount Consulting provides an
estimated budget and timeline for completing the
work and technicians commence working: quick,
reliable and cost-effective.
Rapid response
Paramount Consulting can provide you with
supervised first-line maintenance support. Both
Basic Maintenance and Advanced Maintenance are
offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Rapid
response support provides an on-site technician,
24x7, within a guaranteed response time of two
hours.
